Shipping Information

All orders placed on this site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to Genteel Reflections' shipping policies. Notification of lost items must be received within 15 days from receipt of the shipping confirmation e-mail. Please notify Genteel Reflections immediately if you received products damaged during shipment.  Never throw away packing materials and boxes until instructed to do so by Genteel Reflections customer service.

In-stock items are normally shipped within 24 to 36 hours after the receipt of your order.  During the Holidays, we do try to ship within 24 hours of receipt of your order, but delays during the Holidays should be expected.  Please note that we do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.  You will be notified by phone or e-mail within 24 hours of receipt of your order if there will be a delay.  If you order an item that is temporarily sold out at the time you placed your order, we will place your order on hold and ship it complete once this item is back in stock.  Please make sure you provide us with a daytime phone number and accurate e-mail address.

Refused Orders 

Packages that are refused when they reach there shipping destination will be charged shipping, and a restocking fee of 15%.  The shipping fee will only be charged if your order was shipped with FREE SHIPPING.  If for some reason your order was refused, but you still want the order.  You will be required to repay the new shipping charge in order to receive your order.  The second attempt at delivery must be at a different address, we will not ship the order a second time to a address where it has been already refused once.

Standard Shipping(USPS) is FREE on certain product lines or Catagories at Genteel Reflections.  We normally ship USPS Priority Mail for standard shipping. You should receive your order within 3 to 5 business days from the date that we ship. We reserve the right to choose the best method for standard shipping (USPS, UPS, etc).

 FREE Standard Shipping is available for orders totaling $69.95 or more for the product lines listed below:

• Tyler Candles
• Beanpod Candles
• Niven Morgan Skin Care
• Lady Primrose

Orders from the above product lines totaling less than $69.95 will be charged flat rate shipping of $9.95.

All other product lines sold on Genteel Reflections Gifts & Decor website will receive FREE standard shipping for orders totaling $149.95 or more.  Orders for all other product lines totaling less than $149.95 will be charged flat rate shipping of $10.95.
